I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Brainspotting, Child and Parent Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and am a Certified Grief Informed Therapis

Trainings: I have been trained in Play Therapy and Brainspotting (Phases 1, 2, & 3 in addition to BSP with children & adolescents). I am also working to become an Internal Family Systems- Informed therapist.

My goal is to collaboratively help people process whatever issues they face so a sense of peace and happiness can be achieved.
